Digital transformation,society and competency are phrases used interchangeably to describe the socio-economic changes occurring in emerging and developed countries. The phrases have occupied the media headlines in Thailand, with the underlying theme being ‘societal preparedness’ with a focused narrative on transitioning towards a digital society.
